Sun Moon Yoga studio is owned and run by Sondra O'Donnell (ERYT-500) and offers a variety of yoga classes rooted in traditional hatha yoga, including Vinyasa, Basic Yoga, Better Backs, Kripalu, and Partner Yoga.
Sun Moon's Teacher Certification program was the first program in Ann Arbor to be accredited by the Yoga Alliance and continues to educate Ann Arbor's yoga teachers with a genuine commitment to transformational power of yoga on all levels of our being. With both 200 and 500-level Teacher Training programs offered seasonally, as well as workshops, chanting, and guided in-depth study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Sun Moon Yoga offers a truly unique yoga experience!
